We are seeking a Software Engineer Java Specialist to support the a financial project for an European institutions. The role involves automation for build, validation, deployment, and release using Azure DevOps, along with supporting development activities and production environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Support build, validation, deployment, and release processes.
Perform basic Unix system administration.
Generate reports based on pipeline execution.
Conduct root cause analysis for system issues related to databases, Java environment, core application, Python scripts, etc..

Qualifications & experience

Mandatory:

Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps.
Expertise in Unix system usage.
Proficiency in Java programming and its runtime environment.
Understanding of Relational Databases (SQL) and stored procedures.

Work location & logistics:

Onsite & Remote work (only within the EU).
25% onsite, 75% remote.
