The Project Manager will be responsible for the definition, coordination, and execution of AI projects.
Responsabilities:
- Define and oversee the AI program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage AI program artefacts, including the program charter, schedule, deliverables, risks, and change log.
- Assist leaders in the implementation of AI program activities.
- Identify necessary services to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Coordination and review of activities deliverables and reports.
- Support to services and activities on Data and Innovation in the sector
- Reporting to relevant structures.
Technical skills:
- Proficient in Atlassian (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
- Skilled in business and technical presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
- Effective communication and participation in technical meetings
- Self-motivated with strong time management and issue escalation abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a stakeholder-focused approach
- Team-oriented with leadership capabilities, even under pressure
Profile :
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT or related field
- 5+ years in project planning, coordination, and agile processes
- Expertise in CRM practices and tools
- Skilled in stakeholder mapping and adoption dashboards
- Experience in program/project methodologies and risk management
- Proficient in KPI tracking and performance measurement
- Knowledge of data quality and analysis (a plus)
- Experienced in awareness programs and training
