- Oversee 3-4 concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Work within an Agile framework, leveraging best practices in software development and project governance.
- Utilize tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Aris (BPMN), and Amazon Workstations to streamline project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the EU Institution environment
Technical skills:
- Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology.
- Experience: Around 5 years as a Project Manager, with hands-on exposure to Agile Java development, Kafka, and Oracle.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Agility: Ability to navigate complex IT environments and drive continuous improvement.
