We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CV lead/Bid management support to join our internal team (remote, full-time). This role is ideal for individuals with a background in IT recruitment, possessing 2-3 years of experience, who are looking to shift their career towards a more specialized focus in bid management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, crafting, and tailoring CVs to meet the specific technical requirements of our clients in the context of call for tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret technical specifications provided by clients to understand and match the required qualifications and experience for IT project roles.
- Create a detailed CV matrix with the technical specifications matching the client`s requirements.
- Work closely with the recruitment and Account managers to identify and select candidates whose profiles best match the client’s requirements.
- Tailor and refine CVs to highlight the relevance of candidates’ experience and skills in relation to specific tenders.
- Ensure all CV submissions meet the high standards of professionalism and align with the client's expectations and the company’s brand.
- Maintain our database of candidate profiles (in-house built app), updating and modifying as necessary to keep information current and readily available for upcoming tenders.
- Collaborate with the other Presales members to contribute to the development of winning proposals.
- Manage multiple CV adaptations simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with tender deadlines.
- Provide feedback and guidance to recruitment teams when working with a high workload of CVs.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of matching candidate profiles with client specifications.
- Very good understanding of IT roles, terminologies, methodologies, technologies and project requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French and/or Dutch a plus but not mandatory), with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively tailor and format CVs for specific audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and curiosity to learn to wok with other tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or Computer Science or a related field.

- Onboarding of 2 to 3 months with the Team in Brussels. Travels to Belgium occasionally to spend time with your colleagues and during important times.
