Job description
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist with a proactive mindset and analytical approach. You will ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently while keeping the business context in mind.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line and second-line support for Salesforce-related issues
- Investigate and resolve incidents by analyzing multiple systems/platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the documentation of known issues, solutions, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Translate technical incidents into business-relevant insights and impacts.
Technical Skills
- Holds an ITIL Foundation v4 certification or demonstrates a strong willingness to become certified.
- Excellent working knowledge of Office 365
- Knowledge of Sales force, plugins/web
- Professional communication skills in English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong plus.
- A customer and result-oriented mindset – you aim to resolve issues with the business impact in mind.
- Strong problem-solving skills – you enjoy digging into problems and finding the root cause.
- A proactive, hands-on mentality – you take ownership and go the extra mile.
